How is Kaleshwar Mudra or Kaal Mudra done?
- Kaleshwar Mudra is a hand mudra, which is given special importance in yoga and sadhana method.
- Before doing this posture, sit quietly in one place and close both your eyes.
- After this, bring both your hands in namaste posture.
- Now move both your thumbs downwards and make a triangular shape.
- After this, make your index finger, ring finger and little finger in the shape of a thumb.
- Give the middle finger an upward triangular shape.
- After assuming the posture, breathe in and out slowly.
- You can do this yoga according to your capacity.
There is no mention of Kaleshwar Mudra in any Puranas. But you can find mention of Tantra-Mantra Vidya in Puranas. It is said about Kaal Mudra Yoga that if the middle fingers do not touch each other by doing this yoga continuously, then it means that the person’s death is certain after 6 months. However, there is no authentic evidence of any kind regarding this.
