CTRL Review: When Vikramaditya Motwani was making a film with Ananya Pandey, it seemed that finally the hidden talent of Ananya would come out which was not there till now and the servers of Netflix would crash, just a few days ago the servers of Prime Video would crash. He had a narrow escape when Ananya called me but Vikramaditya could not do so. If some more entertainment had been added to this film based on AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence, then perhaps it would have been a bearable film, but unfortunately, Ananya’s crores of fans were disappointed this time too.
Story
There is an influencer couple, Ananya i.e. Nella Awasthi and Vihaan Samat i.e. Joe, both are earning a lot of money from social media when Nella catches Joe red handed with some girl, after this both of them get separated and then Ananya’s AI comes in life and then there is 1 more twist in the film which if told in 1 word then the entire suspense will end which is nothing special anyway.
how is the movie
This film does not show anything that is shocking, you know everything that is seen in this film, to watch the film you have to keep an eye on the screen continuously because a lot of things come written and it makes it more annoying that a bad film. We have to keep our eyes on the screen to watch, whatever we see and hear in Instagram reels and forward messages on WhatsApp, everything is there in this film. Now if the influencer is Ananya Pandey then she can also become a spy and if we are the audience then we can also become fools, I wasted about 2 hours of my time on this film, I mean spent, now even after hearing all this if you want to spend then As you wish.
acting
Ananya Pandey Looks like Ananya Pandey here too. Are the filmmakers knowing her and giving her such roles in which she looks the same as she is in real life? Which era does Ananya belong to? This character is also from the same era but Ananya is not able to make one believe that she is Nella. She is getting a lot of opportunities and she needs to capitalize on them properly, instead of getting false praise, if she works properly on her craft then she will be remembered as an actress like her father Chunky Pandey is remembered, otherwise she will remain a nepo kid for the rest of her life. The tag will remain with you. Criticism may seem bad but it is only for the betterment of the artist and cinema. Vihan Samat is looking good, his work is heavy on Ananya. In one scene, both of them have to laugh and strike a pose, that one scene tells who is the better actor, there is no other actor who should be mentioned in the review.
direction
Vikramaditya Motwane has disappointed this time, the story of the film is not so effective that it is enjoyable. Better is always expected from him, he gets the best out of every actor but here he could not even get the best out of it, let alone the best.
Overall, if you don’t know anything about AI then see it, rest of your time, your choice.
