Seeing the huge demand for tickets, the organizers have also announced to do three shows instead of two. Now information has come to light that those who have got tickets for this Coldplay Concert have made them available for resale. However, they are demanding up to 234 times more money for them. There is a lot of anger among people on social media about this.
Coldplay to host 3 live concerts in Mumbai
Indian fans of Coldplay are very disappointed with the price of the tickets available for resale. People are also complaining about this through social media. People who have got the tickets are considering it an opportunity to make money. The craze for the Coldplay concert was also clearly visible on the BookMyShow website. Lakhs of people came to the website and app for 1.5 lakh tickets of these 3 shows to be held at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai. Due to this the website was shut down.
People are selling tickets for up to 10 lakh rupees on social media
Now these tickets are available on platforms like Viagogo at 10 to 20 times the rate. Similar expensive tickets are being made available on other social media platforms as well. A ticket of Rs 6,450 on Viagogo is now more than Rs 50 thousand. Apart from this, a ticket of Rs 12,500 is now being sold for Rs 336,620. A seller has asked for about 234 times the money i.e. Rs 1,056,320 to sell a ticket of Rs 4500. Apart from this, a ticket of Rs 35,000 is also available for Rs 10 lakh.

Appeal to Coldplay and BookMyShow to cancel such tickets
A user on social media has appealed to Coldplay and BookMyShow that such tickets should be cancelled. Another user has written that about 50 percent of people in our country book tickets just to earn money. Apart from this, many social media handles have also started contests to give tickets. It has been announced that the winner will be given free tickets.
