Cement becomes expensive in 3 states of the country from today
An increase in the price of cement has already been seen in Himachal Pradesh. Apart from this, today the increased prices of cement have been implemented in 3 big states of the country.
Cement prices did not increase earlier this year
This year, Lok Sabha elections were held in the country and due to the implementation of the code of conduct, construction activities in the country remained closed for a few months. Due to which construction activities could not be carried out rapidly in the country and there was a decline in the demand for cement. This had an impact on cement rates and the general public did not feel the shock of the increase in cement prices in the first half of the year.
Almost all cement stocks are in decline today
Today, all the cement companies also got hit by the fall in the stock market and Ambuja Cement had the biggest fall of 2.18 percent. There has been a decline of 2.07 percent in ACC. Apart from this, the impact of the decline in the stock market is being seen on many cement companies and there are only 4 cement companies which have not gone bankrupt today. Their names are India Cements, JK Lakshmi Cements, Sagar Cements and Udaipur Cements.
