In the budget, the Finance Minister today allocated more than Rs 334 crore to the Ministry of Personnel for training government employees in the country and abroad and for necessary training related to infrastructure. With this, an amount of Rs 100 crore has been fixed for administrative reforms. This provision is for pilot projects related to mandalization and administrative reforms of government offices, which include promotion of e-governance, promoting good governance and comprehensive systems for redressal of public grievances.

Of the total allocation of Rs 334.45 crore to the Ministry of Personnel, Rs 105.99 crore Training Division, Secretariat Training and Management Institute (ISTM) and Lal Bahadur Shastri National Administration Academy (LBSNAA), for expenses, 118.46 crore training schemes For and Rs 110 crore is for the National Civil Services Capacity Building Program or Mission Karmayogi. Explain that the purpose of Mission Karmayogi is to make government employees more creative, active, professional and take-friendly.

According to the budget documents, the provision of Rs 105.99 crore includes the expenses incurred in making training divisions of ISTM in Delhi, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Administration Academy (LBSNAA) and Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT). Many foundation courses, refreshers courses and mid -career training will be provided in these institutions so that the secretariatory employees of all grades can be informed about new rules and qualifications. Apart from this, it includes the expenses and courses and courses of the officials of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) and Central Secretariat Stenographer Service (CSSS).
Apart from this, 118.46 crore rupees are for training schemes and National Civil Services Capacity Building Program. Also, a fund of Rs 3 crore has also been kept for the promotion of the Right to Information (RTI) Act during the next financial year.
