Bihar Sub Inspector Prohibition Jobs 2025: Bihar Police has good news for the youth preparing for government jobs. The Bihar Police Under Services Commission (BPSSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of the posts of Sub Inspector Prohibition.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website bpssc.bihar.gov.in. The application process has started and the last date has been fixed on 27 March 2025. According to the notification, a total of 28 posts will be recruited through this recruitment campaign. Which candidates can apply for this campaign, let’s know what age and qualification is necessary.

Educational qualification

The candidate applying for the posts of Bihar Police Under Inspector is required to pass a graduate (graduation) or equivalent examination from a recognized university.

Age limit

With this, the minimum age limit has been fixed at 20 years. At the same time, the maximum age limit has been set for male candidates of general category 37 years and 40 years for women. Reserved category candidates will be given exemption in the maximum age limit as per rules. Age will be calculated as per 1 August 2024.

Application fee will have to be paid so much

Candidates will have to pay the application fee for this recruitment campaign. The application fee of Rs 700 has been fixed for the applying general (GEN), other backward classes (OBC), economically weaker sections (EWS) and other state candidates. Whereas the application fee for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Bihar state has been kept at Rs 400.

1. First of all, visit the official website of Bihar Police Under Service Commission bpssc.bihar.gov.in.
2. On the home page “Prohibition Dept.” Click on the link.
3. Now register yourself by clicking on the registration link and submit the application fee.
4. Then click on “Fill Application Form” and fill the information sought and upload the required documents.
5. After submitting the application form, check the status of the form by clicking on “View Application Status”.
6. After this, take out the printout of the candidate page and keep it with you.
