BPSC Success Story: If the goal is pursued with patience and consistency, it can be achieved. The story of Sudha Raj, resident of Aurangabad district of Bihar, becoming DSP also tells about her consistency and her efforts to stick to her goal.
The journey started from 2018
Sudha Raj from Aurangabad district, after completing her graduation from Aurangabad, moved to Delhi in 2018 to prepare for UPSC. Sudha appeared for BPSC and UPSC exams but failed. However, the very next year she was selected as a sub-inspector in the police, for which she went to Rajgir for training.

Achieved 143rd rank
The result of continuous patience and hard work for five years was that he got double the happiness in a single year. First he was selected for the post of Inspector in Bihar Police. Still, even after becoming Inspector, Sudha did not lose her focus and achieved the post of DSP by securing 143rd rank in the 69th BPSC exam. Sudha’s mother Manorama Devi is a former district councilor, while Sudha’s father Awadhesh Paswan is a clerk in the Disaster Management Department.

She was also facing social challenges
Due to the support and protection of her parents, Sudha started studying in Delhi but she and her family had to face social challenges. Daughters were taunted when they left the house, people used to make various comments. However, Sudha Raj gave an answer to all those people by achieving success in BPSC exam. Let us tell you, in the same year Sudha Raj was also selected for the post of SI in Bihar Police.
