His innings included 6 fours and 2 sixes. With this performance, he became the second youngest player to score a half-century in Test cricket for Australia.

The third position is of Neil Harvey, who scored a half-century at the age of 19 years and 121 days and the fourth position is of Archie Jackson, who scored a half-century against England at the age of 19 years and 150 days.

Constance has become the youngest player to score a half-century on Test debut against India. Constus is the first cricketer to achieve this feat at the age of 19 years and 85 days. Mushtaq Mohammad of Pakistan is the youngest player to score a half-century against India. He achieved this feat in the 1960-61 Test at the age of 17 years and 38 days. After him, in the 1952-53 Test, Hanif Mohammad of Pakistan scored a century against India at the age of 17 years and 300 days. However, both the players did not achieve these achievements in their debut match against India.
