Material:- Cup ghee or butter, cashew, chopped almonds, raisins, dry coconut, cardamom, cloves, saffron, basmati rice, sugar, milk.
Method:- Heat ghee in a pan and add cashews, almonds and raisins to it and remove it till it becomes golden and keep it aside. Add the remaining ghee to the pan and add cardamom and cloves. After a few seconds add water and saffron and let it come to a boil. Add rice and apply a lid, cook slowly. Remove the lid and add sugar and add milk and roasted fruits. Take off the lid and close the lid and leave it for a few minutes.

There is a special dish of the Bengali community, which is specially made on occasions like Saraswati Puja and Durga Puja in East Bengal.
