Actually, Pakistan has to play ODI and T20 series against Australia in November. The team has not been announced for this series yet. According to a report in Hindustan Times, Babar may be removed from captaincy. Mohammad Rizwan may get the responsibility in his place. The team’s white ball head coach Gary Kirsten has also spoken to the officials of the Pakistan Cricket Board regarding this. Babar is struggling with poor form. He flopped badly against Bangladesh.
The Champions One Day Cup will begin in Pakistan from September 12. Players from other countries along with Pakistan will also play in it. A total of five teams will participate in this tournament and the names of the captains of all have been revealed. Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, Shadab Khan, Mohammad Haris and Shakeel have been made captains. But Babar has not been given the responsibility of any team.
