Now Rupali Ganguly has filed a defamation case against Isha.
Rupali Ganguly had earlier sent a defamation notice of Rs 50 crore against Esha Verma. Now he has filed a case against his step daughter in the Bombay High Court. Rupali’s lawyer Sana Raees Khan has shared all the details related to this case. The lawyer has said that public platforms cannot be used to defame anyone.
‘To defame public platforms…’
Rupali Ganguly’s lawyer Sana Raees Khan said- ‘We have filed a defamation case in the High Court today to counter the ill-intentioned and deliberate attempt to tarnish Rupali’s reputation through baseless and defamatory statements. No person can use public platforms to defame and humiliate others without facing consequences.
‘Justice knows no borders’
Advocate Sana further said- ‘This misconception that foreign citizenship can save a person from accountability is legally baseless. Justice knows no borders and the law will pursue those who abuse their special rights to commit crimes, no matter where they live.
Isha Verma is an American citizen
