Ishq Completes 27 Years: Actor Ajay Devgan has completed 27 years of the release of his romantic-comedy film ‘Ishq’. He shared his happiness with his fans on social media.
Taking to his Instagram handle, the ‘Singham’ actor shared a heart-touching post along with a picture of him with his co-star Kajol from the film. One picture is recent while the other picture is old.

‘Ishq’ was included in the highest grossing films
‘Ishq’, released on November 28, 1997, was a hit at that time. It became the third highest grossing Hindi film of that year. This romantic comedy was remade in Kannada in 2007 as “Snehana Preethina”.
According to Sacknilk, the film was made with a budget of Rs 11 crore. The worldwide earning of the film was more than Rs 45 crore.
‘Ishq 2’ may come
Meanwhile, Ajay Devgan and Aamir Khan recently expressed their eagerness to collaborate again, hinting at the possibility of a sequel to their hit romantic comedy. Both of them were seen together at the Muhurat launch of “Tera Yaar Hoon Main”.
Recalling his time during the shooting of “Ishq”, Ajay said, “I was just telling them that we had so much fun on the sets of Ishq; ‘We should do another one.'” Aamir agreed, saying, We should do this, man.”
