Sharad Kapoor: A girl named Suruchi Sharma has accused actor Sharad Kapoor, who has worked in films like Dastak, Tamannaah, Iski Topi Uske Sar, Trishakti, of doing obscene acts with her. Suruchi has also alleged that the actor has also tried to rape her.
Suruchi Sharma claims that Sharad contacted her through Facebook. In such a situation, Suruchi spoke to Sharad on video call to confirm and identified him as Sharad Kapoor.
The girl made this claim
According to the girl, Sharad told her that he wanted to talk to her about something regarding the shooting and in such a situation, he sent her the location on the phone and called her to his office in Khar, which was not his office but his house.
Suruchi says that when she reached Sharad’s house on the third floor of the building in Khar, Sharad went from the kitchen to the bedroom and later called her to the bedroom by calling her. When she went to the bedroom door, she saw that Sharad was sitting there without clothes and in such a situation, Suruchi asked him to talk after wearing clothes.
Girl’s claim-actor committed obscenity
The girl further told that – Meanwhile, in such a situation, Sharad told Suruchi ‘Hug me, kiss me’ and suddenly Sharad tried to hold Suruchi in his arms and held her wrongly from behind. In such a situation, the girl pushed Sharad and ran away from there. Suruchi also calls herself an actor and a producer who has lodged an FIR with the police for this action of Sharad Kapoor.

An FIR has been lodged in this matter by Suruchi. Sharad Kapoor has been booked under sections 74 (using force to outrage the modesty of a woman), section 75 (physically and emotionally harassing a woman against her will), and section 79 (outraging the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Judicial Code.
