Dangal Title: Salman Khan is one of the most favorite superstars of Bollywood. Along with his on-screen personality, he is also known for his kind and helpful nature. Many stories of Salman’s generosity keep coming to the fore, and recently Aamir Khan revealed that it was because of Salman Khan that he got the title of his film Dangal.
Got the title because of Salman
Aamir Khan shared this incident in a press conference. He said, I am thankful to Salman for one more thing, and that is the title of Dangal. I don’t know whether you know this or not, but the title Dangal was written in our script. When we checked, we found out that the rights of this title were with Puneet Issar.
Aamir further said, “I knew that Salman and Puneet are very close. I called Salman on Monday and said that I want the Dangal title. Can you arrange a meeting between Puneet and me? Salman called Puneet. And told him that Aamir wanted this title when Salman was making his film ‘Sultan’, because both the films were based on wrestling. No Salman had a big hand in getting the title of Dangal.
He further said, after Salman’s call, Puneet and I met. Puneet was very sweet. He said, ‘I am not using this title, you can take it. And that’s how we got the title of Dangal.
Talking about work front, Salman Khan is busy shooting for his film Sikandar. Whereas Aamir Khan is bringing a film on the stars.
