The complainant has claimed that Soundarya and her brother Amarnath refused to sell six acres of land to Mohan Babu in Jalpalli village of Shamshabad. Mohan Babu could not tolerate this thing. Only after which Soundarya died in a plane crash. A person named Chittimallu has written a complaint that Mohan Babu was pressurizing siblings to sell land. At the same time, when Soundarya died, she illegally captured that property.

Soundarya was one of the top actresses of Kannada film. According to many reports, his plane crashed for the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Telugu Desam Party to join a political company in Karimnagar. He died in this accident and his family could not recover his body either. During this time, Soundarya’s brother was also with him and he lost his life in the accident.
