This is the story of Arpita Thube of Thane district of Maharashtra, who did not give up despite many failures and finally fulfilled her dream by becoming an IAS officer.

Know who is Arpita Thube?

Arpita Thube belongs to Thane district of Maharashtra. From the very beginning, Arpita, who was very clever in studies, completed her electrical engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering. During his studies, she woke up in her mind to serve the country and she decided that she will work for the country by becoming an IAS officer. For this, he started preparing for UPSC exam.

IPS made in second atampt

Arpita took the UPSC exam for the first time in the year 2019, but she could not succeed in prelims (prelims). This was a big shock for him, but instead of giving up, he learned from his mistakes and started preparing again. In the year 2020, Arpita took the exam again and this time she got the All India rank 383. On the basis of this success, Arpita was selected for the Indian Police Service (IPS). However, his dream was to become an IAS officer, so he decided to try once again. In the year 2021, Arpita again took the UPSC exam, but this time she could not get success. However, this time also he did not give up and strengthened his preparation.

The dream of becoming an IAS finally fulfilled in the fourth atampt

The year 2022 proved to be the biggest year of Arpita’s life. This time Arpita took a break from her IPS job and started preparing for the UPSC exam. His hard work paid off and he finally got his dream of becoming an IAS officer by achieving All India Rank 214.
