World cancer day: Cancer has become a disease that has shaken the health sector of the world. Every year, crores of people all over the world, including India, lose their lives due to this dangerous disease. According to World Cancer Research Fund International, China has the highest number of cancer cases in the world, where 48 lakh people are suffering from cancer. Another name in this list is from America, where about 23 lakh people are victims of cancer. India is also at number three with 14 lakh cases in this list. The report of the World Health Organization (WHO) says that in 2022 there were more than 2 crore cancer cases across the world, while the death toll was 97 lakhs.
World Cancer Day is celebrated on 4 February every year to make people aware of cancer. This main objective is to protect people from cancer and reduce deaths. What is genetic cancer?
There are many diseases that are transferred from one generation to another. That is, parents go to children. Such as diabetes and asthma. The biopsy test is considered to be the most effective for cancer check. During this time, doctors take out some tissue in those cells of our body and send it for examination, which are showing symptoms of cancer. This test makes a difference between cancer tissue and non -cancerous tissue.
