He will go to space under a private mission. His journey will begin between April and June this year, which will be of 14 days. Last year, Shubhanshu Shukla was also selected for India’s ambitious space mission ‘Gaganyaan’. Now before this mission of India, Shubhanshu has been selected for Axiom Mission-4 (AX-4). NASA announced his name on Thursday. During this time, four astronauts going on this mission were also sitting in NASA’s press conference.
Which degrees do it need?
ISRO is not required or needed to become an astronaut of the Indian Space Research Organization, but usually scientific, engineering, or pilots are given preference. Let me tell you that to become an astronaut, you must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering. Apart from this, you must be a graduate in science related to physics, mathematics or aero space. Apart from this, the Indian Air Force pilot is given priority for space travel.

How much experience is needed
To become an astronaut, along with education qualification, you should also have a lot of experience.
