Virat Kohli Out IND vs AUS 3rd Test: When Virat Kohli played an inning of 100 runs in the Perth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, it seemed that he was going to blow away the Australian bowlers in the series. After that, Kohli has batted in three Test innings, in which his highest score has been only 11 runs. The third test of the series is being played in Brisbane, in which Kohli was out after scoring only 3 runs. Now Cheteshwar Pujara has raised questions on Kohli’s technique of playing with the new ball. Let us tell you that this was the 11th time in international cricket that Josh Hazlewood has taken the wicket of Kohli.
Kohli was caught by the wicketkeeper while playing the ball too far from the stumps. Pujara told that Kohli had played with the old ball in the Perth Test, where he had scored a century but whenever he played against the new ball, he was out. Making a big claim, Pujara also said that Kohli’s technique is not made for the new ball.
While discussing a show, Cheteshwar Pujara said, “Whenever he played with the new ball, he got out. When he played with the old ball in Perth, he scored a century. This is a very important aspect, his technique is suitable for the new ball.” His batting should come after 10, 15 or 20 overs, then the energy level of the bowlers will be better when he takes 2 wickets. So the whole team is filled with enthusiasm. So when you come to bat in front of the new ball, it is not easy.” Cheteshwar Pujara assessed that even though Virat Kohli was trying to leave off-stump balls in the nets, he had failed to implement that practice during the match.
