Yesterday morning, an employee of the company posted an alleged email from the company’s HR on the online professional platform Linkedin, claiming that the company has fired her and 100 other employees. Because he had admitted to being stressed in the company’s survey.
This user named Anushka Dutta had also shared an alleged mail from the company’s HR in the post in which it was written that “We conducted a survey to find out stress at the workplace. Keeping your concerns in mind and creating a healthy work environment. To be sure, we have decided to separate those employees who expressed their stress. This move will be effective immediately.”

But, today the company which came under the scanner, Yes Madam, issued an official reply calling this entire incident as its marketing campaign and claimed that it did all this so that people take the work stress seriously.

If it was just a matter of public awareness, then what would it be? The company said in its official response that it has started a corporate program to reduce work stress, named “Happy 2 Heal”. Under which the employees of the companies associated with Yes Madam will be given head massage and spa in the office itself, which will reduce their stress and also speed up their work. Not only this, Yes Madam also said that from now onwards the employees in her company will get 6 leaves every year in case of stress. Additionally, its employees will also get a free spa session at home.
