WPL 2025 Auction Date: Important information has come to light regarding the auction of Women’s Premier League 2025. For this, a list of 120 players has been released. The auction of Women’s IPL or Women’s Premier League will be held on December 15 in Bangalore. All five franchises have almost completed preparations for this. The Board of Control for Cricket in India has finalized 91 Indian players for the auction. While 29 foreign players will also participate in the auction.
The list of 120 players for the WPL auction was released on Saturday night. There are 9 capped Indian players in this. There are 21 capped foreign players. Along with this, 82 Indian uncapped players have also been kept in the auction list. In this, England’s Heather Knight has the highest base price. The base price of Heather is Rs 50 lakh. Whereas the base price of some players is Rs 30 lakh. Whereas the base price of many players is also Rs 10 lakh.

Gujarat Giants have the most money left. He has Rs 4.40 crore in his purse for auction. He had spent Rs 10.60 crore in retention. UP Warriors are left with Rs 3.90 crore. He has spent Rs 11.10 crore in retention. Whereas Royal Challengers Bangalore are left with Rs 3.25 crore. RCB has already spent Rs 11.75 crore. Delhi Capitals has the least money. He has spent Rs 12.50 crore. Now 2.50 crores are left. Whereas Mumbai Indians have Rs 2.65 crore.

Delhi Capitals has to buy 4 players. There will be 1 foreign player in this. Gujarat also needs four players. There will be 2 foreign players in this. Mumbai Indians also need 4 players. It is necessary to have a foreign player in it. RCB needs 4 players. All these can be Indian players. Whereas UP Warriors need 3 players including one foreigner.
