However, these medicines have failed the quality check. These include some medicines, which are commonly used by people. These include paracetamol, calcium and vitamin D tablets.
These medicines fail in quality check
Pantocid tablet is also among the medicines declared failed by CDSCO. This medicine is used to treat acid reflux. This medicine is manufactured by Sun Pharma company. Apart from this, calcium and vitamin D tablets also failed the quality check. At the same time, Shelcal and Pulmosil injections also failed the quality check. These are used to treat high blood pressure. Also, Alkem Health Science’s antibiotic Clavam 625 also failed the drug test.

CDSCO released the list
CDSCO has released a list of fake, adulterated and misbranded medicines, medical devices, vaccines and cosmetics. These include Pulmosil (sildenafil injection), Pantocid (pantoprazole tablet IP), Ursocol 300 (ursodeoxycholic acid tablets Indian Pharmacopoeia). Apart from this, the sample of Ursocol 300 tablet has also failed, which is used in the treatment of gallstones. At the same time, it is also used in the treatment of some liver diseases. This medicine is of Sun Pharma company.
